Having spent over 20 years in professional kitchens around the world, I always dreamt to have a place where I can share with others what I learned from my journey. Most of all, I was so impressed with the Mediterranean lifestyle - from their rich history and turquoise waters to the simplicity of their cuisine - the joy of coming together through food.
This was the inspiration for establishing Riso Nero in 2024 -bringing a bit of freshness to the food truck landscape around UK.
